How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Statstechnique Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How Statstechnique Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Trouble Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Statstechnique Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@statstechnique.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached out to us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and the outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We confirm that we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
